Our Ministry
St. Francis Thrift Shop is a ministry of the Diocese of Charleston under the direction of St. Francis By The Sea Catholic Church, a nonprofit 501c3 organization, dedicated to supporting the local community through outreach, charitable giving and meaningful service.
For decades St. Francis Thrift Shop has been a cherished part of the Hilton Head Island Community. Whether you are searching for a unique treasure, donating gently used items, or volunteering your time, you are helping us make a meaningful impact.
Through the sale of donated items, we generate funds that are awarded as grants to local nonprofits and scholarships to St. Francis Catholic School. Every item donated and every purchase made helps us extend our mission of service, compassion, and stewardship.
We are honored to partner with the Lions Club International by collecting used eyeglasses for their recycling program. Your donation can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
